1 20-ounce bag peanut butter cookie dough
48 miniature peanut butter cup candy bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice dough into 3/4-inch slices. Cut each slice into quarters. Place each quarter in ungreased cup of mini-muffin pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup gently and evenly into each cookie. Cool before removing from pan. Refrigerate till chocolate is firm. Makes 48 cookies.
Gift Container: Put cookies on holiday gift platters or candy dishes and cover with plastic wrap. Place a bright Christmas bow on top of each gift.
