1. In a large bowl, mix together bran, flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
2. In another bowl, combine egg whites, buttermilk, oil and molasses, pour into bran mixture and stir just enough to moisten, being careful not to overmix.
3. Fold in blueberries
4. Spoon into muffin cups coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray, filling almost to top.
5. Bake in 375°F oven for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes before removing muffins from cups.
