1. Combine flour, bran, baking powder, baking soda, fructose or sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Combine whey or buttermilk, egg and vanilla
3. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Add raisins.
4. Pour mixture into loaf pan coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes. Place bread on a wire rack to cool.
