1. Mix the yogurt with the oatmeal and let stand 1 hour.
2. Cream margarine with sugar and banana or apple juice.
3. Add egg and oatmeal mixture.
4. Sift the dry ingredients into the oatmeal mixture. Stir in raisins.
5. Spoon into 12 muffin cups coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
6. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes
