Put green beans and bacon into 10-inch Dutch oven. Add water, stock or white wine for cooking liquid. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until beginning to become tender. Remove lid and add mushrooms. Continue to cook until thoroughly cooked, about 5-10 minutes. May be cooked by using about 10 briquets under the DO or cook on top of the cook stove.
