Combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, white pepper, thyme, and oregano in shallow dish. Dip fillet sin margarine; coat well with seasoning mixture. Heat large cast-iron skillet over very high heat for 10 minutes or until it is beyond the smoking stage and has a white ash in the bottom. Place fillets in single layer in skillet. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until fish is blackened and flakes easily with fork. (Unless you have a very good exhaust fan for blackening fish, cook it outside.)
