Brush fillets with 2 tablespoons corn oil, sprinkle with salt. Cook until done under broiler. Arrange on warm platter and keep warm. Meanwhile cook onion in 2 tablespoons corn oil in skillet until light golden brown. Stir in green pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to mixture in skillet. Cook until sauce is thick. Spoon over fish.
