Soak bread in milk in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients, except 1/2 can tomato sauce, to soaked bread and mix together well. Bake in 350° oven 30–45 minutes. Make Meatloaf Sauce and spoon over meatloaf. Bake another 15 minutes. This recipe can easily be doubled. Serve with scalloped potatoes, a salad, and French bread.
Meatloaf Sauce:
Combine ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.
