Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs and vanilla. Put 1 cookie in each cupcake liner. Put 2 tablespoons of mix on top. Bake at 375° for 15–20 minutes till set. Let cool; put 1 tablespoon pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
