Easy Lemon Tea Cookies

Ingredients

1 (18 1/4-ounce) box lemon cake mix
1 egg, beaten
2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

Directions:

Combine cake mix, egg, and Cool whip in a large bowl; mix well. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10–15 minutes.
