Preheat oven to 400°. Lay crackers to touch on all sides on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Stir butter and brown sugar over high heat constantly for 3 minutes till bubbly. Pour over crackers evenly. Bake about 6 minutes till golden, but not browned. Remove and let sit 2 minutes. Spread chocolate evenly over candy. Let harden, then break into pieces.
