Turkey Mole

Ingredients

4 pounds turkeys pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups water
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1 (16-ounce) can whole tomato
1 package chili seasoning mix
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Put turkey pieces, salt, pepper, water in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 5 - 7 hours or until tender. Cool turkey and remove skins. Measure 3 cups broth back into cooker. Add turkey and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 1 - 2 hours longer.
