Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine with nutmeg, cinnamon, pecans and raisins. Put 1/3 of the mixture in a 1 ½ quart casserole sprayed with non-stick spray.
Combine the applesauce, lemon juice and zest and pour 1/3 into the casserole. Cover with 1/3 of the crumbs and the remaining applesauce mixture. Cover with the remaining crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Serve warm or chilled.
