Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. In a medium bowl beat together sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Fill cups 3/4 full and top with peanut butter cup. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Refrigerate until time to serve.
