Ingredients

1 (18 1/4-ounce) box pudding yellow cake mix
2 eggs
2 cups water
1 (3 1/2-ounce) box chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix (small)
FROSTING:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
8 ounces Cool Whip Whipped Topping
4 Skor chocolate-covered toffee candy bars

Directions:

Mix together first 4 ingredients and pour in greased (or pam) and floured pan. Bake 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

FROSTING: Mix sugar and margarine. Fold in cool whip and spread on cake. Crush candy bars and sprinkle on top.
