Rinse rotini with cold water drain and pour into a large serving bowl. Add the next 6 ingredients set aside. Whisk remaining ingredients together pour over pasta mixture. Stir gently cover and refrigerate until serving.
TIP: Even easier...instead of whipping up the salad dressing in this recipe, use ready-made Italian salad dressing instead. Pour it over the first 7 ingredients and toss!
