Tomato-Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
1 (16-ounce) package , medium egg noodle, , cooked
1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon seafood cocktail sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Sauté onion and green pepper in oil in a 10" skillet until tender add ground beef. Brown beef remove from heat and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except for the cheese pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Serve warm.
