Crispy Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups cornflakes crumbed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
8 skinned chicken breasts halves
vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons melted margarine

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag; set aside. Combine yogurt and honey in a shallow dish; stir well. Coat chicken pieces with yogurt mixture. Place chicken in zip-lock bag and shake to coat. Remove chicken from bag and place on baking sheet coated with vegetable spray. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until done.
