Glazed Turkey Breast

Ingredients

1 (6-to 7-pound) turkey breast
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can frozen apple juice (undiluted)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°. Remove skin from turkey breast and insert meat thermometer into center of breast. Combine honey, dry mustard, and apple juice. Place turkey breast in a large roasting pan. Baste entire breast generously with apple juice mixture. Cover turkey breast and bake for one hour. Uncover and bake another hour or until meat thermometer registers 180°. Baste frequently after removing cover from turkey. Remove from oven and allow to cool 15–20 minutes before slicing.
