Lemon Bars

Ingredients

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 grated rind of 1 lemon
1 powdered sugar

Directions:

Crust:
Cream together ingredients; pat into dripper pan (or cookie sheet) that has been greased and floured. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

Topping:
Mix together all but powdered sugar; pour over hot Crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
