Beat together the butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and mix until combined. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and oatmeal. Add the cranberries, chips, and nuts. Use a cookie scoop for evenly-sized cookies, or drop by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 10 -12 minutes. Let stand for about 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
