Mix water and raisins let stand 1 hour. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast with dough hook in electric mixer. In another bowl, beat eggs slightly add milk and vanilla. Stir into dry mixture mix 15 minutes at low speed until smooth. Add butter, orange zest, and plumped raisins to dough beat well. Arrange dough in a buttered bundt form pan let rise 45-60 minutes bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
