Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

2 teaspoons dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 cups warm water

Directions:

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Place whole wheat flour and salt in mixing bowl. Mix together olive oil, honey, and warm water add to dry ingredients add yeast mixture. Knead well let rise punch down let rise and mold into loaves. Let rise and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
