Scald milk. Remove from heat add butter, sugar, and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water add to mixture. Add eggs beat well. Add flour gradually dough will be sticky. Let rise stir down let rise and roll on floured board 1/2-inch thick. Cut with round cutter dip one side in butter. Fold over (butter inside) and place on baking pan. Let rise and bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
