Grind wheat kernels, triticale, rye, millet, barley, yellow corn, and brown rice. Put yeast into a mixing bowl and dissolve in water. Add honey, molasses, salt, olive oil. Add enough flour mixture to make a medium to stiff dough. Knead let rise punch down. Let rise and mold let rise and bake at 375°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
