Cook macaroni until tender in boiling salted water drain and rinse. Scald cream. Add soft bread crumbs, butter, cheese, eggs, green peppers, parsley, onion, salt, and pimiento mix well. Put into loaf pan.
Bake at 325°F for about 20 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
