Noodles With Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package noodles
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

Cook noodles in salted water until tender set aside. In a skillet, brown beef in olive oil set aside. Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, tomato sauce, onion, and pepper spread in buttered baking dish. Put noodles in baking dish. Pour butter over them. Place the cooked ground beef on top and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
