Prepare mix as directed on the package. Bake in a ring mold in a hot oven (400°F) for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add milk and cook, stirring until thickened. Stir some of this sauce into egg yolks. Stir egg yolk mixture into sauce. Add pork and salt and cook over hot (not boiling) water for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve in hot corn bread ring.
