Separate dough into 8 biscuits; flatten each into a 5-1/2 inch circle. Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden. Let biscuits cool; split open. Spread one tablespoon mayonnaise on split side of each biscuit. Top each of 4 biscuits with a lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices and 4 to 5 slices of bacon. Top with remaining biscuits, mayonnaise side down. For appetizers, slice each sandwich into quarters and spear with cocktail picks.
Tip: Cut cheese into fun shapes with tiny cookie cutters…a clever touch for an appetizer platter.
