Slice chicken into 1/4-inch strips. Mix together garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Marinate chicken strips in mixture for 10 minutes. Heat oil in heavy skillet until hot. Stir-fry chicken strips, onion, and green pepper until chicken is no longer pink, about 3–5 minutes. Serve with flour tortillas and accompany with sliced green onion, shredded lettuce, and salsa, if desired.
