Sprinkle chicken meat with salt and pepper. In large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 3 minutes. Stir in paprika. Remove pan from heat; add chicken to mixture, turning to coat. In large shallow baking pan, place chicken in single layer, skin-side-up. Cover with foil; bake in 375° oven about 40 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Remove chicken from oven; place broccoli around chicken. Add Mandarin orange sections. In medium bowl mix together sour cream and mayonnaise; spoon over chicken, broccoli, and orange segments. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven; bake (uncovered) about 6 minutes longer, or until it turns golden.
