Spread nuts in a buttered 9x13-inch pan. Set aside. Combine butter and brown sugar in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes at HIGH (100%). Stir until butter and brown sugar are completely dissolved. Microwave again for 7–9 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%), until mixture reaches 290° (soft crack stage), stirring two times (with a clean spoon each time). Pour syrup mixture over nuts. Microwave almond bark or chips in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl for 2–3 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%). Stir. Spread over toffee. Cool and enjoy!
