Peanut Butter Middles

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
------------------------------
Filling:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda and set aside. Beat together brown and granulated sugars, margarine, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Form mixture into 40 balls.

Filling:
Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar and form into 40 balls. Wrap the chocolate mixture balls around the filling mixture balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake at 375° for 7–9 minutes or until slightly cracked.
