On a large piece of heavy-duty foil, place roast. In small bowl, combine green chiles, chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic, and salt. Spread mixture on top surface of the beef roast. Wrap in foil and seal securely. Place in ovenproof dish and bake for 3 1/2–4 hours at 300°. Cook longer if necessary. (The meat should be so tender that it will fall apart.) For each serving, spoon meat into hot tortilla. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
