Rub meat with all seasonings and press into meat. Place in shallow roasting pan and broil on both sides until brown and crispy. Arrange bacon pieces on top of meat. Press diced green onions on top of tenderloin and bake at 400° for 35 minutes for rare. (Place slices of meat under broiler for a few minutes for those who prefer medium doneness.) Remove meat to serving platter and lightly cover to keep warm. Add small amount of water to pan drippings for au jus and season to taste.
