Spaghetti Sauce:
Sauté onion in oil until tender; stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Add Meatballs; cook 30 minutes longer.
Meatballs:
Soak bread in water 2 or 3 minutes; squeeze out moisture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients except oil, mixing well. Form small balls (about 20). Brown slowly in hot oil. Add to Spaghetti Sauce; cook 30 minutes. Serve over hot spaghetti.
