Brown beef and sausage. Add onion and garlic; cook till transparent. Drain. Line greased 9x9-inch pan with one can drained and seeded chiles. Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Add meat mixture; top with remaining chiles. Beat eggs and flour till smooth; add milk, salt, and Tabasco. Blend well and pour over casserole. Bake 60 minutes at 350° uncovered. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
