Make several 1-inch deep slits in the tenderloins. Stuff the slits with garlic and rosemary. Combine the Marinade ingredients and marinate the tenderloins 8–10 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare charcoal grill. (Recommend adding some mesquite chips that have been soaked in water.) When coals are white hot, put the tenderloins on the grill and cook 15–20 minutes, turning to grill evenly.
