Melt margarine in a large saucepan; add Worcestershire, ketchup and hot sauce. Stir in pecans. Spoon into glass baking dish and spread evenly. Toast at 400° about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn out on absorbent towels and sprinkle with salt.
