Tangy Chicken Tidbits

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Dijon style mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes

Directions:

Melt the butter and oil in a pan, add the remaining ingredients, except the chicken, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and sauté until the chicken is browned on all sides, 10–15 minutes. Serve the chicken, along with the sauce, in a chafing dish with toothpicks. Garnish with parsley. Heat scale 4.
