In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until light (4–5 minutes). Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to eggs, and mix well. Fold in cheeses and chiles. Turn into greased 9x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into small squares, and serve hot.
