Melt margarine in microwave or saucepan; add the spices. Toss cereal, Fritos, and peanuts in a 9x13-inch pan or roaster pan. Pour margarine mixture over and toss to coat thoroughly. Bake in preheated oven at 250° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; toss with Parmesan cheese to coat and return to oven for 30 minutes longer. Stir after 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
