Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and boiled eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning, and Tabasco; mix well. Serve with crackers; this can also be used as a dip or to make good sandwiches.
