Shrimp-Crab Mousse

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 (6-ounce) can lump crabmeat
1 cup cooked salad shrimp

Directions:

In saucepan, heat soup, cream cheese, and gelatin until warm and blended. Working with 1/2 mixture at a time, add remaining ingredients; mix until smooth. Grease a favorite seafood mold very well; fill with mousse mixture. Chill overnight.

Unmold and garnish as desired. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
