Roll out the ground beef between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
Sprinkle a little flour on beef before placing top sheet. Roll out the beef to about 3/4-inch. Spread bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic salt, pepper, eggs, and salami over meat. Start rolling meat like a jellyroll, using bottom sheet to shape the roll. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
