Place ribs (meaty side up) on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in an oven for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Mix together remaining ingredients. Take 1/2 of mixture and brush over ribs while continuing to roast for an additional 45 minutes. Turn and brush frequently during this time. Heat remaining 1/2 of mixture to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve as a sauce.
