In a bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger. Set aside. On each skewer, alternate 4 pieces of beef with 2 or 3 shrimp. Place in a roasting pan in one layer. Pour marinade over and let sit for 5 minutes. Grill over medium- hot coals for 4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turn pink.
