1. Mix crushed cookies, almonds and 2 cups powdered sugar in large bowl. Stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 5 days before serving to blend flavors.
