Serves: 36
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Beat butter, sugars, vanilla and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and center is set but not hard. Cool 1 minute remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
*Do not use vegetable oil spreads.
**If using self-rising flour, omit baking soda, baking powder and salt.
