1. Heat oven to 375°. Place chicken, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
2. Mix remaining ingredients brush half of mayonnaise mixture on chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.)

Zesty Italian Chicken with Sweet Potatoes: Peel 4 medium sweet potatoes cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Increase mayonnaise and zesty Italian dressing to 1/3 cup each. Continue as directed in steps 1 and 2 except, after baking chicken 30 minutes, turn chicken and arrange sweet potatoes around chicken. Brush chicken and sweet potatoes with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.)
